Reign Recruitment ("we", "us") is a recruitment agency operating in South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), we are the responsible party for the personal information described below.
From candidates: name, surname, contact details, location, work preferences, and the contents of any CV you send us, which may include employment history, education, identity information and references.
From employers: name, company, contact details, and information about the roles you are hiring for.
From all visitors: standard web analytics data, including pages viewed and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.
To match candidates to roles, to communicate with you about opportunities or searches, and to run our business. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not send a candidate's CV or details to any employer without that candidate's permission first. We may use third-party service providers for email and hosting, who process information on our behalf.
We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful for matching you to roles, and delete it on request. ADD YOUR SPECIFIC RETENTION PERIOD HERE.
Under POPIA you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Email info@reignrecruitment.co.za and we will respond.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
