Fees are banded and charged on annual cost to company: 10% on the first R500,000, and 13% on the portion between R500,000 and R1,000,000. Each rate applies only to the salary within that band. Placements above R1,000,000 are handled as executive search and quoted per assignment.
Nothing is payable until your new hire starts work. There is no retainer and no upfront fee.
If a placement ends within six months of the start date, we find a replacement at no additional fee. It covers the employee resigning and the employer ending the employment where fit or performance is not working. It excludes retrenchment where the role is cut, and departures arising from the employer's own unlawful conduct. Full terms are in the placement agreement.
